Articulated LorryCat C+E

Otherwise known as Class 1, drivers for these vehicles through Mainstream are offered a large variety of work. This can range from Supermarket deliveries, through to general and specialist haulage on to European and Continental work.

 

Wagon and DragCat C+E (Wagon and Drag)

As with Class 1, drivers can use their licence for a variety of industries, although not as versatile as a traditional articulated lorry, wagon and drag vehicles are used through general and specialised haulage in European and Continental operations.


 

Rigid TrucksCat C

Also known as a Class 2, driving work comes from local haulage and deliveries and through to multi-drop. Customers as varied as parcel delivery through to removal firms operate this type of vehicle.


 

7 tonne lorryCat C1

This is for vehicles ranging from 3.5 to 7.5 tonne. These vehicles are predominantly used for more local work than distance driving. As a smaller more manoeuvrable and versatile vehicle, small local loads are delivered along with uses such as multi-drop.


 

Cat B vanCat B

Traditional vehicles up to 3.5 tonne, this generally includes vans of most sizes. This work is traditionally all light deliveries including parcels and small loads.


 

Specialist Vehicles

These are variations to standard vehicles, these often require additional certificates, training or experience on prior to operation. The category of these vehicles fall within the remit of the above mentioned categories, and you will require both licences to drive or operate them.
