Electric Pallet Truck

Designed for: Candidates with little or no experience with electric platform trucks

Course Objective: On completion, the trainee will be expected to have attended training on relevant parts of the health safety at work act 1974 and operators safety code. Completed both written test papers. Successfully demonstrated his/her level of basic operation skills under test conditions.

Course Content: Received, where appropriate, remedial and corrective practical training to ensure that the trainee operates a truck in a safe manner using recommended techniques.

Duration: 1 Day

Ratio: Maximum of 6 trainees per instructor per truck.

Standard: To qualify for a certificate of basic training the trainee will need to meet the standards laid down by the HSE code of practice 26 (1994).

Certificate: National or In-house certificate available.
