1. These terms and conditions (terms) govern the collection and use of Advantage Plus Loyalty reward points and offers associated with the Advantage Plus programme.
2. The terms set out the terms of the contract/agreement between Mainstream Training Limited (Mainstream) (we or us) and you the Advantage Plus Card Holder.
3. Advantage Plus points are available on qualifying purchases made within participating Mainstream Branches (including online at www.recruitandtrain.com) excluding gift vouchers, gift cards, financial services and any non participating departments.
4. The Advantage Plus programme is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or above.
5. Advantage Plus points can be used as full or part payment on purchases from selected divisions (excluding VAT or Test/Exam fees). Please check whether points are eligible for use prior to course purchase or booking.
6. Advantage Plus points will be awarded for every complete £1 you spend on all qualifying purchases. (excluding funded programmes such as NVQ, Apprenticeship, Job Centre, Employment Service, EU Funding Etc). Mainstream reserve the right to amend this structure as and when it deems necessary. (please check before purchase or booking).
7. Your points will be calculated after each spend and accumulated. Points not used within a 12 month period will automatically expire. Mainstream may occasionally write or email you your points allocation or other promotional schemes or programmes the company are running. (to not receive this information please inform us in writing).
8. Telephone conversations may be monitored or recorded to assist in improving customer service.
9. In the event of refunds or cancelled courses points will be deduced or not provided.
10. Allocated points not used within a 24 month period of initial issue will automatically expire.
11. Advantage Plus points will automatically expire if card is returned or cancelled. All points gained are lost and not eligible foe reactivating.
12. Mainstream reserve the right to remove or cancel or terminate the Advantage Plus card holders card should it deem necessary through abuse, misuse or fraudulent activities rendering all gained points lost with no renewal.
13. Mainstream reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Advantage Plus Programme providing details on its website (www.recruitandtrain.com) no less than 3 months in advance
14. Mainstream reserve the right to amend the Advantage Plus programme at its discretion at any time or without notice.
15. You as the card holder are responsible for informing Mainstream of any changes or details that may include Name or Address.
16. These terms are subject to English Law. Mainstreams liability for a breach by us of these terms shall be limited to you. If you suffer a loss as a result of such a breach, our sole liability shall be to credit you with the Advantage Plus points in the event that such Advantage plus points were incorrectly deducted or should have been credited but were not.
17. Nothing in the terms shall limit our liability of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
18. As the cardholder, only you may redeem points gained, these are not transferable or available to be used in conjunction with other cards points.
19. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including marketing or promotional material these terms shall prevail.

21. The Advantage Plus card programme is a Mainstream product and not in conjunction with any external company or body. The sole administration and redemption of any points gained are through Mainstream Training Limited only. The terms and conditions as with the provision and holding of the card or unique reference number form no credit agreement or contract between Mainstream Training Limited and any external party.
22. The Advantage card id not a credit card and provides no form of credit, the points gained are not redeemable against cash and only form part of a discount programme redeemable against Mainstream Training Limited products or services.
23. Advantage Plus Loyalty points are only eligible for receipt from the launch of the official Loyalty programme (5th January 2011). Any course booked and paid for, started or completed prior to this date are not eligible to receive Advantage Plus Loyalty points.
