Advantage Plus is the programme that rewards you for using Mainstream for your practical training course. The Advantage Plus card earns you loyalty points that can be redeemed on future Mainstream courses.

How do I get one?
The card will be provided on completion of your first practical training course.
What can I spend my points on?
Mainstream run hundreds of training courses and points can be used on almost every one...

What if I do not have enough points for my course?
No problem, we will simply total up what you have and advise you of the difference, this can be paid at the same time that your points are used.
Do I get points on the course I am paying for with my points?
No unfortunately the course being paid for with your free loyalty points does not attract free additional points.
Can I share my points?
No. Each card has a unique number allocated to yourself, this calculates savings that the points you have earned and to which you are entitled to redeem against your next course fee.
Can I cash in my points?
No points gained carry a redeemable cash value. The points gained do not represent money that is payable, only a fund that is redeemed against other courses Mainstream Training Limited offer.
What if I loose my card?
No problem, we keep your points on file and will send you a free replacement card and number. No points earned already will be lost.
Are the points mine if my company pay?
No only training paid for by yourself will allocate points to you. Training funded by your company or outside sources will allocate points to them, unless otherwise authorised to do so in writing in advance.
Can I spend my points at another company?
No loyalty points gained are redeemable only at Mainstream Training Limited and only on training courses offered. Specialist training courses my be offered by Mainstream, only in agreement in advance and in writing signed by a Mainstream Director.
Do I gain points on a funded scheme
No should your course or programme be funded through a funded programme or scheme such as Employment Service, Job Centre, Adult Response, NVQ, Apprenticeship or Back to work Schemes you will not earn points. Should you be unsure please contact Mainstream who will clarify if points will be added.
Can I buy points?
Yes, loyalty points are free, however top up points can be purchased to support future training for yourself or as a gift. Points purchased are at the same rate as points earned... Example: 10 points cost £100.
Do I gain points on all Mainstream products and services?
Points are only provided on paid for training courses unless authorised in writing by a director.
How do I check my balance?
Just give Mainstream a call or email us and your balance in points and redeemable value will be provided.
Do my points expire?
Each loyalty point will expire 24 months form the date provided.
Example: LGV Course 1st Jan 2011 = 80 points
Not used by 31st December 2013 = 80 points withdrawn
As a company do we get loyalty points?
Yes if you are the customer, points are added to your unique customer number and calculated in the same way. (note as detailed) funded programs are exempt)
Promotions and Promotional loyalty points.
These may be offered from Mainstream throughout the year, these will be advertised and offered to both private customers and companies. Standard terms and conditions apply unless otherwise stated.
What if I don't want a card?
Just let us know and we will remove your unique number from our system.
When do I start earning Advantage Plus Loyalty points?
Points are calculated from commencement of your first paid course and from the launch of the Advantage Plus programme (5th January 2011). No courses before this date are eligible for the Advantage points.
